Acne is an annoying and often uncomfortable skin condition which can leave scars if not treated over the long term.
There many natural antimicrobial oils and other ingredients that are useful for combating acne causing bacteria.
Many essential oils contain antibacterial and antifungal properties like:
  • Tea Tree oil (Melaleuca oil) from the Melaleuca tree
  • Manuka - a close relative of Tea Tree which is a native on New Zealand

All of the oils contain antimicrobial agents so they are great for use in an acne remedy.
